Philip Webb

After a career with IBM UK in the 1980’s, Philip set up his first business in 1990, selling computer hardware, networks, and consulting. This business grew from start-up to £6.7 million in just four years and was sold in 1996. Philip then established a 50:50 JV with BDO to deliver consultancy support to SME businesses and to the UK Government’s Small Business Service.

Philip went on to build and sell a further five companies, floating one on the UK OFEX stock market. He is the founder and CEO of Investors in Community, a unique online, international award-winning platform with global ambition.

Philip is also a charity trustee, a keen motorcyclist, a PADI diver, and the proud owner of a Husky dog!

John Beaumont

John, a former Professor of both Management and Information Systems, has been a successful businessman for over 30 years including roles as an Executive Director of a FTSE100 company, a CEO of a LSE-listed company, a Managing Partner in a global management and technology consulting practice, and a Partner in a corporate finance boutique.

John is a Founding Partner of The Policy People. John has held numerous Non-Executive roles (in a major public sector organization (Office of National Statistics) and in several technology-based start-ups), as well as the day-to-day lead responsibility in a successful LSE and NASDAQ $1billion flotation.

Aislinn McKibbin

Aislinn is a Partner for The Sales Coach Network delivering Business Performance and Revenue Growth programmes and has been managing a portfolio career for over 12 years specializing in financial services technology sales for Payments, Regtech, AI, Core Banking and Financial Crime solutions to global banks and corporates. I am also a Non-Exec Director and Member of the Advisory Board (Beirat) for KAL GmbH and a Non-Exec for Snetaj.

Vipul Dalal

Vipul brings 25 years of experience, instrumental in providing technical and business delivery and consulting. Vipul has been working in various sectors, which include telecom, wealth management, public sector (MoD, NHS, etc.), Banking, IT Infrastructure, etc.

Previously, Vipul held diverse integration and consulting roles working with St James Place, Lloyds, IBM, Lockheed Martin, Colt Technology, Lebara, and Aricent/Capgemini.

Col. Manmohan Lamba

Manmohan is a former member of the armed forces and ran his security business for 5 years before exiting the business and joining Snetaj.

He manages the Indian operations. He is one point of contact of employee engagement, wellbeing, etc. He is also involved in strategic tie-ups with agencies, vendors, suppliers, etc.
